During 2019, LLAZO shpk was selected as the winner by the Municipality of Lushnje for systematization and asphalting of Toshkëz road, a project with a linear length of 2000 m, which included the expansion, resurfacing of irrigation canals, construction of works of art and lighting of the urban area.

For the quality realization of the works and within the set deadline, we mobilized the necessary number of machines, machines with specific characteristics to work in such difficult conditions, which were also accompanied by a reduced volume of works, specialists and management staff who applied all standards, technical conditions and application technology for the performance of works in the facility.

The whole package of layers was completed, filling with mobile gravel, stabilizer, binder and asphalt concrete. Over 3,000 m3 of machinery has been supplied from the quarry of Ura Vajgurore, over 300 m3 of concrete have been transported to the construction site, which have been used for paving the canals, over 70,000 m2 of asphalting have been carried out in total.

A very important work has been done with the drainage of this road, which have consisted of:

· Soil works for surface water removal which include: ordinary canals, covered canals, ditches, bridges, tombs, etc.

· Groundwater drainage works, which include different types of drainage depending on the location of the aforementioned water, which are both along the road and across it.

All laboratory results, compaction control of the floor, layers, concrete and asphalt concrete resulted in accordance with the technical specifications of KTZ and KTP.

The project undoubtedly brought a number of benefits to the whole community:

· Significantly improved the quality of life of the community around it.

Challenges

Throughout implementation we encountered a number of problems related to very limited access, a narrow road with many restrictions for maneuvering heavy machinery or placing low and medium voltage lines at low quotas.
