Administrator's Message
As an engineering enterprise, LLAZO is essentially committed to play a key role in building a stronger and more sustainable national economy, supported by intelligent and efficient engineering solutions in response to which everyone could benefit in Albanian society. Only by relying on the principles of sustainable development, exploiting the tourist, mining, hydro and agricultural potential would the Albanian economy move from a survival economy to a welfare economy.

Over the years
1992: Andon LLAZI founded the restaurant known as "Labëria", which soon became a well-known national name for the quality of traditional Albanian cuisine. Labëria becomes the main stop for all vehicles traveling on the Lushnje-Fier axis, serving over 1000 people every day, but it also turned into a favorite destination for those who wanted to try a delicious lunch or spend a weekend out of town.
1997: Despite the aggravated national political and economical situation, in response to the high demand for housing and abuse by market operators, Andon LLAZI reacts immediately and expands the company's activity by engaging in the trading of construction materials and the performance of simple construction works.
2002: LLAZO manages to finance the purchase and commissioning one of the most modern concrete plant in Lushnja, part of a small group of companies that owned one in Albania at the time. The investment in improving technology, which was extremely complex and unknown at the time, was accompanied by great efforts to encourage investors to use concrete produced by special plants, but in the coming years would turn into an indisputable choice.
2005: It is also a key year of change and expansion for LLAZO, which, seeing the high potential in the field of real estate, is engaged in the sector of property development by selecting and developing some of the best lands in the city center of Lushnja.
2007: It is the time when the Restaurant "Labëria" is expropriated and demolished to allow the construction of the Lushnje-Fier highway. The investment portfolio remains committed to the construction industry.
2014: LLAZO clearly envisions the start of downturn in the real estate sector and acts immediately by reducing the amount of apartment stock, and begins engaging in competition to build public property. We are able to build a strong engineering nucleus by becoming a major actor in the construction of special construction facilities.
