Aldi is one of shareholders and currently holds the position of company administrator. He comes
to this position after initially holding the position of personal assistant administrator for a
period of over 8 years, covering investments in technology development, tenders, sales, and procurement.
He was also responsible for coordinating the work with the property designers that LLAZO had in the development contract.
Aldi graduated with excellent results from University College London (UCL) in the UK and holds an MSc in Civil Engineering
from the same university. In addition to focusing on expanding services as a general contractor, Aldi has focused the
company’s current aim on developing specialize and innovative services.
Anea is one of the company's shareholders. He has an academic background in architecture and currently holds the position of Director of Administration and Support Services. Anea has been on LLAZO staff for over 14 years and has climbed all the hierarchical ladders. He knows very well all the functional structures and mechanisms of the society and coordinates the services from the supplier to the end customer.
Kosta was transferred to LLAZO in 2018 to hold the position of general technical director. He graduated in civil engineering and has over 40 years of work experience. Previously, he held the position of Technical Manager in several successful Albanian companies and directed major engineering works, such as Bypass Plepa-Kavaja, Korca-Qafë Plloc Road, the bridge over Pëllumbar Përmet, the bridge over the Drini River and dozens of civil buildings in Tirana and Durrës. Kosta is directly involved in coordinating site work, monitoring costs and technical solutions. He also takes care of the development of new construction methodologies.
Ariola has over 10 years of work experience at LLAZO. She has a degree in finance and holds an approved accounting degree. Ariola constantly develops and manages the processes for good financial management while the company engages in various trade relations and offers a variety of products and services. It takes care of the continuous improvement of profitability, paying special attention to the flow of money, monitoring and management of spaces to reduce operating costs.
